comfortable stay, no reason to complain, we would be happy to recommend. all in all they offer terrific service. characterful base for discovering grande prairie. easy to get to maddhatters.

Mostly that it was clean and comfortable and well equipped. The restaurant is quite good. The lobby and room coffee was excellent! Location and parking was convenient.

For me the pillows were a bit to stiff since I prefer a soft pillow.

The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. The room was very quiet.
It was a bit cramped for space. A big chair and footstool were wedged between the bed and wall. The only other chair in the room was at the desk, and it was very uncomfortable to relax in.

Had to be transferred 3 times to find a room that didn't smell like wet, dirty animals. Once in my new (odorless) room I found it to be quite dated, but comfortable. However, upon waking up the next morning I was horrified to discover the sheets were dirty (blood mark and urine stain?) Brought it up to front desk staff and requested a follow up which was never received. This was not my first stay at this hotel, but after the array of problems with no apology or follow up it might be my last. Please check your bed sheets before sleeping here.

Friendly efficient staff to check you in on arrival. Spotless room and excellent WiFi. The room was quiet and the air conditioner worked well. Lots of parking available.
One of the few Holiday Inn & Suites that doesn't offer a complimentary breakfast.
